Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC)
Preparation Program

The CAEC certificate is a widely accepted high school equivalency credential. Our program prepares learners to pass the CAEC exams through personalized instruction and flexible learning options, available in-class or via distance learning.

Program Overview

Subjects Covered: Math, Science, Social Studies, Reading, and Writing.

Learning Options: Full-time, part-time, and evening classes at select locations, or self-paced distance learning.

Flexible Scheduling: Learners can start at any time throughout the year and work at their own pace until ready for the exams.

Intake Assessment

Before starting, learners complete a 2–4 hour intake assessment covering:

Language Arts: Reading comprehension and vocabulary.

Math: Basic operations to more advanced formulas.

This process ensures learners begin at the appropriate level and receive instruction tailored to their needs.

In-Class Learning

Our in-class program operates year-round, providing:

  • Small Class Sizes: Focused, one-on-one instruction.

  • Free Training: No cost to learners.

  • Ongoing Intake: Start anytime, based on your skill level.

Distance Learning

The CAEC distance program is designed for self-motivated learners who are able to study independently.

  • Mentorship Support: Learners are paired with a teacher for guidance, including email and phone support.

  • Self-Paced Format: Complete lessons, pre-tests, and post-tests independently to prepare for the CAEC exams.

  • Flexible Start Dates: Begin at any time, but note that tests must be written in person at a testing center with two weeks’ notice.
